How To Order

1. for location in our regular route, kindly ensure that your order is minimum of 2 meals or 2 pounds (For custom orders). The minimum order value may increase for locations that are not in our regular route. To learn more about our regular routes please call (408) 836 1315

2. Kindly ensure that your delivery area is mentioned in the Locations served. If you are not sure please call 408 836 1315 or send an email to orders@annadaata.com to confirm if the location is served.

3. Please send an email to orders@annadaata.com with the following data before 4pm for the following day's order.  Please note that you should receive an invoice via email to confirm your order before 8:30 pm the same night.  Please call us if you do not receive an invoice to ensure that your order email has reached us.....Details to be included on your orders email are :

  1. Full Name (as it appears on the Credit card) with the phone numbers to contact
  2. Delivery address
  3. Meal type - North Indian, South Indian or Non Vegetarian
  4. Meal timing - Lunch or Dinner
  5. VISA or Mastercard or DISCOVER number along with expiry date and billing address.  Please note that orders without this information will not be processed for confirmation.  You may call our office to provide this information via telephone or simply email the information in to us.  Only accepted form of payment at Annadaata's henceforth is Credit Cards. All Sales are final and we do not provide any cash or credit refunds.
  6. Remember - If we get to your location and we are not able to reach you,  please ensure you can pick it up from your office reception desk or the meal will be left outside your door if it is a home delivery. We will leave a voice mail with the information regarding when we tried to deliver the food. Please note that we will not be able to wait for more than 5 minutes per location to serve you as there will be other customers that will need to be served after you.
  7. Please note that our orders close by 4pm each day for the following day.  Orders that arrive after 4pm via email or phone will not be fulfilled for the following day but for all days after that.  Kindly ensure that your orders reach us before 4pm the previous business day.
  8. Changes to previously placed standing orders would need to be made 24 hours in advance during normal business hours (9 am to 5pm).  Please note that changes made outside of this window may not be accommodated..
