Annadaata's Inc. will not take the responsibility for any checks or cash issued to Wheelers or mailed in. ONLY CREDIT CARD payments will be accepted starting May 1, 2004. Please call our offices to update your credit card information on our files failing which a $5 late fee per week will be charged on your account. Terms and Condition :
- All Sales are final and we do not provide any cash or credit refunds.
- The Payment for the order will be booked in advance.
- Payments made in advance are not transferable, and are not refundable.
- Order Cancellation email should reach us before 4PM the previous working day.
- Orders in monthly packages are on a Use or Lose packages
- The discontinued order will receive a store credits to use at a later date in the specified number days not exceeding 180days.
- Annadaata's Inc. requires that all payments for orders placed be made in advance or on receipt of the order on a daily basis.
- Credit Card payments are the only form of payment accepted starting May 1, 2004
- Annadaata's accepts AMEX, Master Card, VISA and DISCOVER (personal cards only) for your convenience at no additional cost to you
- Please note that Corporate AMEX, MC, VISA or DISCOVER will carry an additional surcharge of 3.5% per transaction.
- Accounts with past due balances of over a week will be charged $5 per week late fee for every week of delay on the payments being made.

It is hence recommended that if you are planning a long term order to pay in advance for the order. For questions regarding your bill or for confirming any details regarding Invoices, please contact accountsreceivable@annadaata.com directly. Please provide your full name as mentioned in your order or on the invoice along with the Invoice number to ensure faster and quicker service.
